Inversion Strength Flow

Every Thursday, 7:45-8:45 pm EST

Get the best of all worlds with this vinyasa flow designed to strengthen your entire body, while working through inversions like handstands and arm balances. We will break down and weave in these challenging poses, as you fly through fun transitions and sequences. Options will be given for those who are early in their yoga practice. Prepare to bring strength to your flow, and practice poses that make you feel empowered and set you free from prior mental limitations.

Arm Balance Workshop

Sunday, June 6, 2021, 1:00-3:30 pm EST

Learn to build, transition, and flow with Dia’s 2.5 hour workshop dedicated to arm balances. In this workshop you will work through an instructional portion that breaks down the mechanics of a few popular arm balances, from beginner to complex. From there, we will work through transitioning in and out of these arm balances, and will then put them together into an arm balance transition focused flow. Whether you’re new to arm balances or want to learn more challenging poses, this fun workshop will take your skill to new heights.


Inversion Builder: Virtual Part 3

April 25, 2021, 1:30-3:30 pm EST

Part 3 of the series will focus on lifting and lowering from handstand into arm balances, digging deep into the strength needed to move between these two positions.  We will explore funky arm balances and funky pincha, as well as begin to work through more challenging movements like flagging and stalder press drills to take your handstands to the next level.
