

Dia is a New York City based yoga instructor and hand balancer. Dia began gymnastics at the age of 4, competing across the tristate area, eventually making the switch to competitive acrobatic dance. She spent many summers training in ballet, handstands, and gymnastics.
Dia completed her first 200-hour teacher training in NYC, with a focus in power yoga. She completed her second 200-hour teacher training with Authentic Movements, as well as their 300-hour teacher training, and is 500 hour certified and registered with Yoga Alliance as an RYT.
Dia completed a 15 hour Art of Assisting Course, assisting yoga classes in NYC. Her specialties include power vinyasa, creative vinyasa, flexibility & core flow, and inversions.
Dia is also a personal injury/medical malpractice trial attorney, whose clients have extensive injuries, deepening her understanding of how yoga can truly help one heal.
Through asana and meditation, I hope to strengthen your practice and leave you feeling just a little bit lighter.
